What you will do

• Coordinate activities with team members and assume responsibility for assigned tasks with limited oversight.
• Perform hands-on enclosure commissioning and consulting, including forensic investigations, condition assessments, field testing, data collection, and troubleshooting.
• Assist with design reviews for constructability and durability, identify issues, and verify corrections.
• Prepare client deliverables such as reports, construction documents, repair details, specifications, and checklists.
• Work directly with clients, contractors, architects, and engineers to resolve building enclosure issues.
• Participate in weekly meetings and conduct enclosure testing per industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in architecture, engineering, or related field
• Minimum 2+ years of building envelope construction and/or consulting experience (can substitute for education)
• Roofing or building enclosure certification(s), engineering or architecture license preferred, or progress towards them
• Familiarity with building enclosure systems and ability to work outdoors, at heights, lift 50 pounds, and operate vehicles
• Strong technical, communication, and organizational skills; team player mindset
• Ability to travel up to 75% locally and nationally
