What you will do

• Act as a strategic AI advisor to enterprise customers, translating technical capabilities into business value and ROI for C-suite executives.
• Design and scale post-sales processes, onboarding frameworks, and success metrics to support growth from dozens to hundreds of enterprise clients.
• Lead multiple simultaneous AI agent launches, creating phased roadmaps and documenting implementation best practices.
• Develop change management strategies and adoption frameworks to help organizations navigate AI transformation.
• Architect solutions connecting AI to specific business outcomes and codify these patterns into repeatable strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering to bridge business needs and AI/ML technical concepts while utilizing AI tools like Claude Code.

Requirements

• 2-7 years of experience in client-facing roles such as management consulting, product management, or similar.
• Demonstrated experience in process design, organizational building, or creating scalable frameworks in ambiguous environments.
• Strong project leadership skills with the ability to take full ownership of customer outcomes and internal initiatives.
• Experience managing executive-level relationships and handling stakeholder objections diplomatically.
• Excellent communication skills for simplifying technical concepts and documenting complex processes.
• Must be based in London to work with the local team.
