Location: Hybrid (Madrid, Spain) - 2 days per week at the office

What you will do

• Own consumer-facing AI products end-to-end, from identifying opportunities to designing and shipping the final implementation.
• Embed LLMs and AI agents across the full consumer flow, including discovery, recommendations, conversion, and retention.
• Build prototypes and production-ready experiences leveraging AI coding tools and modern development workflows.
• Define key metrics and run A/B tests and evaluations to continuously improve product and model performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Design, Growth, and Software Engineering teams.
• Translate broad, ambiguous opportunities into concrete, measurable product bets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience building consumer-facing digital products end-to-end.
• Proven hands-on experience integrating AI and LLMs into production-ready products.
• Strong technical fluency in system architecture, APIs, and prototyping with AI tools.
• Must be based in Spain for hybrid office attendance in Madrid.
• Proficiency in English for clear communication of technical and product ideas.

Nice to have

• Experience with the modern AI stack: RAG, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows.
• Background in tech startups or a track record as a founder or indie builder.
• Experience designing evaluations for AI-powered features regarding quality, cost, and latency.
• Strong product taste and design sensitivity.
