What you will do
- Define the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for owned commercial sales and retention channels.
- Design AI-driven sales journeys where agents recommend and close deals with strict guardrails on margin and compliance.
- Manage a rigorous experimentation agenda focusing on conversion, retention, and revenue optimization.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and analysts to translate funnel insights into shipped product improvements.
- Optimize the commercial presence and discoverability of the brand within external LLMs like ChatGPT and Gemini.
- Identify customer friction points in the sales funnel and execute focused product bets to resolve them.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience improving conversion, retention, or revenue performance.
- Proven track record of shipping LLM-powered features into production.
- Strong proficiency in funnel analytics and data-driven experimentation.
- Deep understanding of product craft, including strategy, discovery, and stakeholder alignment.
- Working knowledge of prompting, evals, guardrails, and RAG.
- Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Rotterdam, Netherlands for 40% office work.
