What you will do

• Define and drive the long-term product strategy, vision, and multi-year roadmap for the Product Details Page (PDP) platform.
• Lead end-to-end product discovery, hypothesis formation, and iterative delivery of new PDP capabilities and optimizations.
• Translate complex traveler insights and partner needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and success metrics.
• Utilize A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to validate impact and prioritize the product roadmap.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science to integrate AI/ML solutions (NLP, LLMs, RAG) into the customer journey.
• Develop a context-aware PDP blueprint that adapts to traveler intent, trip type, and context across multiple brands.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in digital product management, specifically for consumer-facing e-commerce or digital products.
• Proven track record of executing product strategies in complex, cross-functional environments with accountability for KPIs.
• Deep familiarity with web application architecture, APIs, and experimentation platforms.
• Experience applying AI/ML concepts to real-world products in a measurable and safe manner.
• Must be based in or able to work from the London office due to the hybrid work model.

• Experience optimizing high-impact conversion surfaces (like PDPs) at significant scale.
• Expertise in content-focused AI/ML technologies including NLP, Topic Modelling, RAG, and recommendation systems.
