What you will do

• Advise managers and employees on HR topics across the entire employment life cycle.
• Manage operational HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, compensation management, and performance reviews.
• Ensure strict compliance with Hungarian and Romanian labor laws and corporate guidelines.
• Lead HR projects related to technology implementation, reward frameworks, and recognition programs.
• Partner with EMEA Shared Services for talent acquisition, service delivery, and payroll.
• Deploy initiatives to enhance employee engagement and professional development.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Management, or a relevant field.
• At least 4+ years of operational and advisory HR experience in a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written proficiency in Hungarian, Romanian, and English.
• Solid knowledge of employment regulations in Hungary and Romania.
• Experience working with HR technology, preferably Workday.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in Budapest.
