What you will do

• Lead day-to-day people operational activities, including onboarding, internal movements, promotions, and separations.
• Manage employee inquiries via ServiceNow, ensuring adherence to defined SLAs.
• Drive process standardization and the adoption of AI-driven service models such as chatbots and virtual assistants.
• Oversee plant workforce administration, including time tracking, shift schedules, and payroll inputs.
• Ensure strict compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
• Collaborate with People Business Partners and plant leadership on employee relations and audit readiness.

Requirements

• 7–8 years of progressive experience in HR operations or shared services.
• Hands-on experience with Workday and ServiceNow, including exposure to AI/Chatbot-enabled support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, GDPR, and experience collaborating with union employees.
• Based in or able to work from the EMEA Hub office in Hungary.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 20%.

Nice to have

• Experience in managing HR contractors and vendor management.
