What you will do

• Manage client requests, account maintenance, and articulate regulatory requirements professionally.
• Review, process account documents, solve complex issues including suspicious activity.
• Assist in crafting financial plans for clients and implementing communications and events.
• Facilitate transfers of funds/securities and check issuance.
• Innovate and streamline processes while providing general administrative support.
• Adhere to all compliance policies and handle assigned projects.

Requirements

• Eager to grow in Financial Services; opportunity to complete SIE, Series 7, and Series 66/63/65 exams.
• High school graduate; post-secondary education or equivalent experience preferred.
• Solid technology skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and willingness to learn new tools.
• Strong client relationship building, communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and math skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a deadline-oriented environment.
