Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year

What you will do

• Conduct field investigations to analyze vehicle crashes, slip/trip and fall incidents, and mechanical failures.
• Calculate principal directions of force and velocity changes to determine the cause of specific injuries.
• Perform and assist in various static and dynamic biomechanical tests.
• Prepare detailed scientific reports of findings for non-technical audiences.
• Provide expert witness testimony during depositions and trials.
• Develop technical presentations for clients and professional conferences.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Biomedical or Biomechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of occupant motion, human anatomy, and inertial forces.
• Proficiency in 2D and 3D computer analysis programs for object motion.
• Ability to participate in depositions and provide expert testimony.
• U.S. Person status required for ITAR compliance.
