Quantity Surveyor (Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Develop cost estimates, establish budgets, and perform quantity surveying for labour, materials, and subcontractors.
• Administer contracts post-award, evaluate variations, and ensure compliance with terms.
• Monitor project costs, implement controls, prepare cashflow forecasts, and develop subcontracting strategies.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, clients, and subcontractors via MS Teams.
• Prepare reports on costs, budgets, forecasts, and risks; contribute to internal reviews.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to costs, contracts, and timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience as Quantity Surveyor in civils, infrastructure, or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of quantity surveying principles, cost estimating, and contract administration.
• Excellent communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment, travel to sites across Scotland, and collaborate remotely.
