What you will do

• Develop and maintain detailed schedules for Fabric maintenance and Inspection activities.
• Integrate multi-discipline activities (painting, insulation, PFPl, RA) into a single coordinated plan.
• Support offshore execution teams by ensuring clarity of work scope, priorities, and sequencing.
• Track progress against KPIs and produce daily, weekly, and monthly schedule reports for internal and client use.
• Capture and assess the schedule impact of variations, break-ins, and growth scopes.
• Use planning software such as Primavera P6, SAM, or AIZE to maintain data accuracy.

Requirements

• Experience in planning or scheduling within oil & gas, energy, or industrial services environments.
• Proficiency in scheduling software (P6, MSP, or equivalent).
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, workpacks, and technical documentation.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under time pressure.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in Aberdeen, UK

Nice to have

• Offshore experience or understanding of offshore execution constraints (POB, SIMOPS, access).
