What you will do

• Handle post-award contract administration, including payment applications, invoices, and contract variations.
• Manage commercial deliverables such as bonds, PCGs, and insurance evidence.
• Develop and maintain project commercial plans, subcontracting strategies, and profit improvement plans.
• Conduct regular cost analysis to maximize recoverable costs and minimize disallowable ones.
• Prepare project cashflow forecasts and expedite payments according to client requirements.
• Perform internal project reviews and develop robust project forecasts.

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Law, or Business Studies.
• Substantial experience as a QS or Senior QS, preferably in transmission and distribution overhead lines.
• Working knowledge of NEC contracts.
• Proven experience in contract administration and change management.
• Must be able to travel to sites across Scotland.
