Salary: £28,000 yearly, aligned to experience

What you will do

• Support and take ownership of building inspections across various property types
• Assist in preparing Planned Preventative Maintenance reports, lifecycle planning, and budget forecasting
• Support project delivery including Contract Administration, specifications, tender documentation, and contractor procurement
• Contribute to building safety inspections, data collection, reinstatement cost assessments, and pre-acquisition surveys
• Assist with dilapidations, project monitoring, and compliance work
• Build relationships with internal teams, clients, and contractors

Requirements

• RICS-accredited Building Surveying degree (2:1 preferred)
• Proactive, motivated, keen to learn, with clear communication and teamwork skills
• Interest in variety of projects and property types
• Eligible to live and work in the UK; full UK driving licence essential
• Appointment subject to DBS check and CSCS card (or willingness to obtain)

• Awareness of contract administration and maintenance planning
• Knowledge of health & safety and CDM Regulations
• Strong written communication and attention to detail
• Commercial awareness and AutoCAD experience
