Salary: £28,000 yearly

What you will do

• Support and progressively take ownership of building inspections across various property types
• Assist in preparing Planned Preventative Maintenance reports, lifecycle planning and budgets
• Support project delivery, including Contract Administration and Project Management
• Prepare specifications, tender documentation and support contractor procurement
• Contribute to Building Safety Act work, reinstatement cost assessments and pre-acquisition surveys
• Build relationships with internal teams and external clients

Requirements

• RICS-accredited Building Surveying degree
• Planning to start or recently started APC pathway towards MRICS
• Eligible to live and work in the UK
• Proactive, motivated and keen to learn
• Strong technical knowledge development and professional judgement
• High-quality work ownership and relationship building

Nice to have

• Exposure to building surveying, construction or property environments
• Understanding of building construction, pathology and legislation
• AutoCAD experience
