What you will do

• Learn sales and client acquisition processes thoroughly
• Hire, train, and manage new team members
• Oversee sales team activities, customer service, and accounts

• Report on team and individual performance for business forecasting

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills in a team-based environment
• 4-year degree preferred in Business Management, Communications, Entrepreneurship, or related
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field
