What you will do

• Develop and maintain unified roadmap linking Intelligent Audio technology deliveries with product release schedules across business units.
• Gather detailed requirements from BUs for intelligent audio features and translate into technical specs for R&D.
• Coordinate integration of new technologies like adaptive EQ or ML noise cancellation into BU products.
• Evangelize Intelligent Audio capabilities through presentations, demos, and documentation to internal teams and partners.
• Oversee cross-team initiatives, track progress, and resolve blockers for technology deliverables.
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape in smart audio and AI to inform roadmaps and strategic advice.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Computer Science or related; MBA plus.
• 5-8+ years in technology/product/program management, ideally in audio, consumer electronics, or automotive.
• Broad understanding of audio, DSP, AI/ML, connectivity standards.
• Strong project management skills with Agile/stage-gate methodologies.
• Excellent communication, influence, and business acumen for cross-functional alignment.
• Collaborative, proactive mindset with enthusiasm for audio tech and AI.

Nice to have

• Experience interfacing R&D and product/business teams.
• Media/audio tech experience (codecs, signal flow, stacks).
