Salary: from $275,000 + annual bonus

What you will do

• Represent Real Estate Team on project portfolio priorities, supported by dedicated counsel and paralegal
• Draft and negotiate option agreements, purchase/sale agreements, leases, easements, crossing consents, and amendments
• Resolve complex title and survey issues for site acquisitions
• Support site acquisition closings and real estate matters in project financings and tax equity investments
• Lead and mentor Counsel, Real Estate
• Engage and oversee local/external counsel

Requirements

• J.D. required
• 2-3+ years in top-tier law firm commercial real estate practice
• 3-5+ years supporting real estate for utility-scale renewable energy development
• Extensive experience drafting/negotiating purchase/sale agreements, options, ground leases, easements
• Strong title/survey review, risk resolution, and title insurance negotiation for energy projects
• Experience in real estate for project financings and M&A
• Collaborative cross-functional work with dispersed teams; strong presentation/writing/communication skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency
