What you will do

• Design and perform experiments, analyze data, and present results independently.
• Serve as Technical Lead for Ligand Binding Platform, troubleshooting assays and implementing new techniques.
• Supervise laboratory staff to ensure efficient project organization and execution.
• Establish and improve SOPs, support equipment qualifications, and monitor project expenses.
• Collaborate with teams, act as scientific resource to clients, and contribute to proposals, papers, and presentations.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in life sciences or relevant field + 8 years post-doctoral laboratory experience
• Strong background in Mesoscale Discovery, Quanterix, Luminex, ELISA, and bioanalysis assays (ADA, PK, Potency, Cytokine, PD biomarkers).
• Experience handling sample matrices like whole blood, plasma/serum, urine, CSF.
• Excellent communication, organizational skills; proficiency in Softmax, MSD BenchWork, GraphPad Prism, MS Office.
• Fluently read, write, speak, and comprehend English
• Ability to lift 1-50 lbs, work in cold environments, occasional extended hours.

Nice to have

• Understanding of bioanalytical method validation standards.
• Experience supervising scientists or GLP/GCLP/CLIA compliance.
