What you will do

• Review, draft, and negotiate site contracts, clinical study agreements, vendor contracts, and confidentiality agreements.
• Collaborate with clinical operations teams and stakeholders to resolve contractual issues and meet study timelines.
• Track and report contract metrics, maintain databases, and support policy implementation for timely executions.
• Identify process improvements and handle additional contract-related tasks.

Requirements

• Fluent Turkish and English
• Graduate or postgraduate degree (4-year college)
• 5+ years in drafting, reviewing, negotiating site Clinical Trial Agreements, vendor contracts, and site budgets in Turkey, with Turkish legal expertise
• Experience in CRO or clinical site side
• Experience leading interactions with study teams

Nice to have

• Bachelor's in law, scientific fields, or business administration
• Knowledge of contracting plans for CTA and budget negotiations
• Experience with sponsors, CRAs, or start-up associates
• Excellent organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office
