🔧 Position: Senior Legal Counsel
📍 Location: Limassol | Hybrid

We build payment infrastructure that gives businesses full control over their payments. As we scale, we’re looking for a Senior Legal Counsel who can take ownership of the legal and contractual function, keep deals moving, and build structure without slowing the business down.

This role sits at the centre of everything — sales pushing deals, partnerships negotiating terms, product launching integrations. You’ll be the person who keeps it all legally sound without turning it into a bottleneck.

🧩 Key Responsibilities:
• Own the full lifecycle of commercial contracts — drafting, negotiation, execution, amendments, renewals
• Draft and negotiate client agreements, partner agreements, NDAs, supplier contracts
• Work closely with sales and partnerships to support deal structuring and negotiations
• Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice (not theory, but decisions that unblock work)
• Identify legal risks and propose pragmatic solutions aligned with business goals
• Build and maintain contract templates, clauses, and internal standards
• Improve contract workflows to increase speed and scalability
• Manage external legal counsel when needed (without over-relying on them)
• Maintain visibility over contract pipeline, obligations, and renewal timelines
• Support legal aspects of payments products and integrations

🗒 Requirements:
• 3–5 years of legal experience (fintech, payments, SaaS, or tech environment preferred)
• Strong hands-on experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts independently
• Ability to own deals end-to-end, not just review documents
• Commercial mindset — ability to balance risk with business reality
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Confidence in negotiating with external parties
• High level of organisation and ownership
• Fluent English (written & spoken)

⭐️ Nice to have:
• Exposure to fintech/payments regulation (AML/KYC, licensing, cross-border operations)
• Familiarity with data protection (GDPR, DPAs)
• Experience with contract/workflow tools (PandaDoc, HubSpot, etc.)
