What you will do

• Provide day-to-day project management oversight for FSP engagements, coordinating deliverables, timelines, resourcing, and risk management.
• Act as primary client contact, lead status meetings, produce metrics-driven reporting, and escalate issues.
• Support resourcing, capacity management, utilization tracking, onboarding, and effort monitoring.
• Ensure delivery adheres to hirify.global SOPs, quality standards, and contractual frameworks.
• Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and best practices sharing.
• Develop budgets, achieve financial KPIs, manage project scope, timelines, and customer satisfaction; participate in RFIs/RFPs and bid defenses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience; minimum 5 years in project coordination/management.
• Expert knowledge of scientific principles; hands-on experience with clinical trials and pharmaceutical development preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office, intermediate Excel skills (Hlookup, Vlookup, Pivot Tables).
• Good communication, problem-solving, organizational skills; familiarity with ISO 9001/27001, 21 CFR Part 11, FDA, GCP, CROs, and drug development.
• Based within South Africa.
