What you will do

• Liaise with clients to discuss requirements, handle issues, provide status updates, and answer questions.
• Design IRT solutions based on clinical protocols, proposals, and client discussions; document requirements and participate in specification reviews.
• Manage project schedules, scope, internal tasks, and cross-functional team assignments to meet milestones.
• Assist with UAT planning, test scripts, data setup, and client support during testing.
• Provide post-go-live protocol-specific support, system training via meetings and manuals, and global telephone/email user support.
• Travel to client sites for meetings and training; ensure client satisfaction throughout build and maintenance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required (life sciences or computer science preferred).
• 1.5 years of progressive associate project manager experience.
• Interpersonal and communication skills.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Analytical thinking and creative problem-solving ability.
• Attention to detail.
