Location: Must be based in Carlsbad, CA (hybrid option available)

Salary: $84,750 - $124,300

What you will do

• Analyze DTC business performance across traffic, conversion, AOV, RPV, and customer lifetime value.
• Derive actionable business and financial insights from media and website data to drive growth.
• Develop and coordinate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting for cross-organizational teams.
• Collaborate with DTC Merchandising and Finance teams to develop annual KPI forecasts.
• Setup and maintain Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics tagging structures for data compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in eCommerce and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in GA4 and Excel.
• Strong quantitative skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Willingness to travel 5% domestically and work from the Carlsbad, CA office.

Nice to have

• MBA or Master's degree in an applicable field.
• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) or other eCommerce platforms.
• SQL or other query language skills for data extraction.
• Experience with A/B testing tools such as Optimizely or VWO.
