Director of Growth Analytics (Ecommerce): Shaping paid media strategy and analyzing performance marketing across on-platform and off-platform channels with an accent on attribution modeling, performance economics, and scaling emerging media. Focus on owning the Mixed Media Model (MMM), optimizing CAC:LTV ratios, and driving sustainable growth through data-driven insights.
Location: Hybrid (three in-office days, Monday–Wednesday) in Norwalk, CT

What you will do
- Lead the on-platform marketplace performance marketing team optimizing campaigns across Amazon Ads and Walmart Connect.
- Develop and implement sophisticated attribution frameworks, including multi-touch, incrementality models, and Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM).
- Monitor and optimize customer economics including CAC:LTV ratios, MER, and incremental lift across all channels.
- Test and scale emerging media opportunities such as CTV, Streaming Video, and Linear TV.
- Translate consumer insights and performance data into actionable creative strategies to maximize ROAS.
- Collaborate with Brand, Product, and Merch Planning teams to align messaging and paid media strategies for product launches.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in performance marketing or data analytics managing complex campaigns with budgets of $5M+.
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics, attribution modeling, and statistical methods (regression, hypothesis testing).
- Expertise in Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Trade Desk, MNTN, and Google Analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools; familiarity with Python or R is a plus.
- Ability to work from the Norwalk, CT office three days a week (Monday–Wednesday).
