What you will do

• Design end-to-end technical solutions across ERP, CRM, CCaaS, and digital platforms.
• Produce architecture deliverables like system diagrams, sequence flows, integration models, and data flows.
• Partner with engineering teams to guide implementation and lead design reviews.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable architectures.
• Evaluate vendors, assess emerging technologies, and participate in POCs.
• Maintain documentation, promote governance, and improve architecture processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
• 7+ years in solutions architecture, 4+ years with ERP, CRM, CCaaS (NiCE, Genesys), digital ecosystems
• Strong enterprise integration knowledge (middleware, microservices, APIs, event-driven).
• Cloud platforms and modern delivery practices experience.
• Healthcare/MedTech or regulated industry experience with HIPAA, GDPR
• Contact center integrations, omnichannel architectures.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
