Solutions Architect (SaaS)

Solutions Architect (SaaS): Designing and optimizing technical configurations for strategic B2B customers to ensure long-term success with an accent on API integrations, security compliance, and AI workflow implementation. Location: Hybrid in Paris, France (Office attendance required Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)

What you will do

• Design custom configurations and provide technical recommendations for high-priority strategic accounts.
• Guide customers on API usage and integrate hirify.global into their existing application stacks.
• Implement and iterate on AI workflows for a variety of customer use cases.
• Manage technical escalations and act as a technical sponsor for top customer accounts.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Professional Services to develop custom solutions and influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience, including at least 1 year as a Solutions Architect, Professional Services, or Technical Account Manager.
• Deep experience working with platforms and APIs, including application development and deployment.
• Strong written and verbal English skills; fluency in French is preferred.
• Proven success partnering with sales and support teams within an enterprise SaaS environment.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Paris office on the required hybrid schedule.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Email, Ticketing Systems, SMS, CRMs, IDPs, ERPs, and ETL technologies.
