What you will do

  • Coordinate all property management activities including day-to-day operations, accounts payable/receivable, reporting, and client/tenant/vendor relations.
  • Work with Construction, Leasing, Marketing, and Accounting teams to deliver high-level service.
  • Conduct property inspections, prepare/adhere to budgets and re-forecasts, and handle expense recoveries.
  • Manage contracts, services, repairs, capital projects, invoices, rent edits, and general ledger accuracy.
  • Review leases, oversee TI applications, real estate taxes, and financial/operational reports.
  • Supervise personnel, handle emergencies, and maintain contacts with vendors, tenants, and clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 3+ years of Commercial Property Management experience with supervisory responsibility preferred
  • Strong written/verbal communication for interacting with clients, vendors, teammates, and management
  • Experience preparing annual budgets, ownership reports, and CAM reconciliations
  • Previous experience using real estate software (Yardi, MRI, Kardin, AvidXchange, IMPAK, or similar)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams; analytical skills; ability to multitask
