TL;DR
Product Manager (Marketing Automation): Managing the roadmap and execution of the marketing automation platform to drive operational efficiency for GTM teams with an accent on workflow automation and system integration. Focus on developing functional specifications, leading cross-functional technical teams, and optimizing the customer journey from lead generation to revenue.
Location: Onsite in Seattle, Washington, United States. Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
Salary: $130,000–$160,000 per year + 10% target bonus

What you will do
- Own and prioritize the roadmap for the marketing automation platform to ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance.
- Develop detailed functional specifications and PRDs for tool, code/low-code, workflow, and data changes.
- Act as the primary liaison between Revenue Operations, IT, and Engineering to drive platform enhancements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices for scalability and efficiency.
- Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to meet evolving marketing needs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, business process improvement, or a related field.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, Qualified, Inflection.io, and Rollworks.
- Experience in product discovery, customer interviews, and establishing customer-centric requirements.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with data integration, APIs, and enterprise systems architecture.
- Experience with product management tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on measurable outcomes.
