Product Manager (Marketing Automation)

Salary: $130,000–$160,000 per year + 10% target bonus

What you will do

• Own and prioritize the roadmap for the marketing automation platform to ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance.
• Develop detailed functional specifications and PRDs for tool, code/low-code, workflow, and data changes.
• Act as the primary liaison between Revenue Operations, IT, and Engineering to drive platform enhancements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices for scalability and efficiency.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to meet evolving marketing needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, business process improvement, or a related field.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, Qualified, Inflection.io, and Rollworks.
• Experience in product discovery, customer interviews, and establishing customer-centric requirements.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with data integration, APIs, and enterprise systems architecture.
• Experience with product management tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on measurable outcomes.
