What you will do

• Ensure best-in-class CI/CD with automated L1/L2 testing is implemented and executed.
• Develop continuous integration plans outlining processes, milestones, and resources for software deliveries.
• Collaborate with DevOps engineers and software project leads to align integration with project timelines.
• Implement quality assurance measures and address build issues with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain documentation of CI processes and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and drive continuous improvement in integration tools and methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Proven experience leading software development or integration, with CI pipelines.
• Experience working with Linux operating systems.
• Demonstrated leadership skills to coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience planning and tracking in Scrum or Kanban frameworks.

Nice to have

• Fluent English skills.
• Understanding of UML, SW architecture, or embedded systems.
• Familiarity with continuous build and version control systems.
• Experience in automotive industry or Automotive SPICE.
• Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2 or related certification.
