What you will do

• Design, automate, and support CI/CD stacks, cloud infrastructure, monitoring, and logging systems.
• Manage L2 application support, incident management, and root cause analysis to ensure system stability.
• Maintain infrastructure technology to ensure 24/7/365 uptime service on a team rotation.
• Develop automation tools to reduce manual operations and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with delivery teams as a single point of contact for integration and installation.
• Create and maintain technical design and troubleshooting documentation.

Requirements

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Terraform, and CI/CD principles.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and relational databases such as Oracle, MariaDB, or PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of scripting tools like Bash, Shell, or PowerShell.
• Experience with application servers (Apache, Tomcat, IBM WebSphere) and Linux/Windows environments.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana, Splunk) and BI platforms like PowerBI.
• Fluent English (speaking and written) required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of XML, SOAP, HTML, CSS, or JS.
• Proficiency in French or German.
• Prior experience in production support.
