What you will do

• Initiate and oversee incident response efforts as the primary bridge in detection.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using JIRA, PagerDuty, New Relic, AWS, and Microsoft Teams to monitor and coordinate.
• Drive rapid incident resolution and involve appropriate stakeholders for recovery.
• Communicate updates and resolution plans to internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead post-mortem sessions, document PIRs and RCAs, and follow up on actions.
• Track uptime metrics and implement strategies to reduce risks and improve resilience.
• Participate in on-call rotation.

Requirements

• 5+ years managing critical incidents in SaaS environments.
• Prior knowledge of cloud (AWS), DevOps practices, technical operations.
• Experience in similar role, preferably in software/technology company.
• Strong technical background in incident management and response.
• Proven leadership in rapid incident resolution.
• Familiarity with JIRA and PagerDuty integrations.
• Strong English communication and collaboration skills.
