DevOps Engineer (AWS)

TL;DR

What you will do

• Design and implement automated production infrastructure and networks with a focus on automation.
• Collaborate with developers to resolve operations-related issues and provide technical guidance.
• Develop custom tools to monitor infrastructure and application health.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across the entire technology stack.
• Build, tune, and document production systems and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Proficiency with observability and monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or VictoriaMetrics.
• Experience with AWS and physical infrastructure.
• Knowledge of automation tools including Terraform or Ansible.
• Strong Linux administration, networking, and internet fundamentals.
• Scripting skills in Bash or Python.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• English: B1+ level required.
• Location: Must be based in Georgia, Moldova, or Ukraine.

Nice to have

• Experience with highly loaded production systems.
• Knowledge of support services like Consul, Zookeeper, and the ELK stack.
• Experience with noSQL solutions (Couchbase) or big data systems (EMR, Spark, Hive).
