What you will do
- Own the HR systems strategy, digital roadmap, and operational integrity of Workday.
- Act as Workday Product Owner across Core HCM, Reporting, Security, and related functional areas.
- Lead a small internal team of functional and technical specialists alongside AMS and vendor partners.
- Oversee Workday releases, regression testing, incident and problem management, data integrity, security, and privacy obligations.
- Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and business leaders to prioritise requirements and govern system changes.
- Drive process simplification, automation, adoption, and user experience improvements across the employee lifecycle.
Requirements
- Significant experience leading HR digital or HRIS functions in a Workday environment.
- Experience operating with a lean team model and coordinating AMS and vendor partners.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and HR technology enablement.
- Experience balancing strategic planning with hands-on delivery in a midsized, global organisation.
- Experience working in a matrix environment with IT and other business functions.
- Strong stakeholder management, prioritisation, influencing, and communication skills.
