Location: Düsseldorf, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany (flexible working hours and remote working options, approximately 30% travel)

What you will do

  • Lead, plan, conduct, and deliver financial, operational, advisory, and fraud audits in line with professional standards.
  • Identify and assess significant business risks and fraud potential using data analytics.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders for smooth audit plan execution and prepare detailed English reports with improvement recommendations.
  • Support global Internal Audit in updating and improving the Fraud Risk Management Program.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 7+ years in Internal Audit (multinational) or External Audit (Big Four), with audit management experience.
  • Solid IFRS knowledge, including financial statements preparation, analysis, and audit.
  • Analytical mindset with data analytics tools (e.g., Alteryx, KNIME).
  • Excellent English communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to travel ~30% of the time.

Nice to have

  • Experience in controlling, FP&A, or general ledger accounting.
