What you will do

• Lead and oversee multi-country European tax compliance, including VAT, WHT, and DST.
• Manage external advisors and BPO providers to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and Commercial teams to support market expansion and product launches.
• Monitor regulatory changes and manage tax audits and inquiries.
• Drive the development of scalable tax processes and automation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in tax, ideally within multinational environments.
• Strong expertise in European VAT and multi-country tax compliance frameworks.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and Business teams.
• Strategic thinking and experience supporting business growth and operational initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
