What you will do

• Own the monthly closing process (Monatsabschluss) ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Build and maintain financial reports to provide leadership with a clear picture of costs, revenues, and business performance.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to strengthen infrastructure as the company scales.
• Develop and maintain high-standard, structured spreadsheet models in Excel.
• Implement AI tools (e.g., Claude) to boost efficiency in reporting and forecasting.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in cost, revenue, or sales controlling.
• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• High proficiency in Excel, specifically in creating clean model structures and complex formulas.
• Excellent language skills in both German and English (C1/C2).
• Must be based in Germany.
