What you will do

• Build and lead the Controlling function, including team structure, processes, and governance.
• Define and implement a company-wide KPI framework aligned with strategic objectives.
• Own the annual budgeting process and mid- to long-term financial planning across business units.
• Design and implement monthly reporting, including variance analysis and management commentary.
• Act as a strategic business partner to senior leadership to drive data-driven decision-making.
• Own and develop the planning and reporting tool landscape, with a strong focus on Anaplan.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in Controlling / FP&A, including leadership responsibility.
• Proven track record of building or significantly improving reporting and FP&A structures.
• Strong expertise in financial planning, reporting, and performance management.
• Fluency in English and German is required.
• Experience with modern planning tools (Anaplan is a strong plus).

Nice to have

• Experience in high-growth or transformation environments.
• Background in building advanced management reporting setups and KPI frameworks.
• Exposure to BI tools, data modelling, or automation (e.g., SQL, Python).
• Professional qualification (CIMA, ACCA, CFA) or an MBA.
