What you will do

• Work on ambiguous high-impact problems at the intersection of real estate markets, investment behavior, and socio-economic forces
• Build and evaluate AI-driven PoCs for market conditions, risk assessment, liquidity, and valuation using econometrics and machine learning
• Apply advanced statistical techniques including time-series analysis, panel data modeling, probabilistic methods, and clustering
• Experiment with generative AI, LLMs, and agentic AI for research synthesis and analytical workflows
• Incorporate socio-economic indicators into spatial and market-level analyses
• Translate quantitative outputs into clear insights for advisors and leadership

Requirements

• Must be based in Creve Coeur, Missouri, USA
• Master’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Econometrics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or related quantitative field
• 1–3 years experience in consulting, investment finance, or CRE advisory/research
• Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis and modeling
• Solid foundation in statistical modeling and quantitative reasoning
• Comfortable with structured thinking, experimentation, and uncertain problem spaces

Nice to have

• Applied experience with advanced econometric or statistical techniques
• Exposure to CRE, investment analysis, or market research
• Familiarity with Databricks or similar platforms
• Experience with socio-economic datasets, machine learning, generative AI, or agentic AI
• Hands-on PoC building and data visualization tools
