Manager Products & Solutions Engineering (Access Control, Intercom, Network Audio): Lead a team handling the full lifecycle of hardware and software solutions from definition and development to launch, pre-sales, and post-sales support with an accent on team coaching, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. Location: On-Site in Lund, Sweden

What you will do
- Lead and coach a team of Product Specialists, Global Sales Engineers, and Solution Knowledge specialists.
- Foster collaboration, high performance, and a supportive environment for innovation.
- Drive continuous improvement of team processes and ways of working.
- Actively contribute to the overall development of Product Management practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience
- Professional experience in both hardware and software development
- Strong collaboration and cross-team communication skills
- Experience working in a Product Management context with strategic perspectives
Nice to have
- Experience in Network Audio, Access Control, or Intercom solution areas
