What you will do

• Own and manage Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook channels.
• Plan and produce high-quality content including short-form videos and copy.
• Build content calendars aligned with campaigns and product launches.
• Coordinate with external creators for steady content production.
• Manage influencer partnerships from outreach to execution.
• Refine strategy based on performance metrics, trends, and competitor analysis.

Requirements

• 4+ years in social media or digital marketing, ideally e-commerce
• Strong understanding of German market, consumer behavior, and digital trends
• Solid experience with content creation and social media management
• Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Portfolio required – applications without it will not be considered
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently in remote setup
• Strong attention to detail, branding, and content quality
