What you will do
- Own and execute the content calendar for English-speaking markets.
- Grow Instagram and LinkedIn audiences organically, specifically targeting US social media professionals.
- Create short-form video content and act as the on-camera face for the brand.
- Analyze performance metrics using internal tools to inform content decisions.
- Monitor US trends and platform algorithm changes to produce timely content.
- Provide editorial direction and a senior reference point for junior team members.
Requirements
- 3β5 years of experience managing social media strategies for B2B or SaaS brands.
- Proven track record of growing Instagram and/or LinkedIn audiences organically.
- English: Native or near-native level (C2) required.
- Ability to create content that is culturally native to the US market.
- Comfort with being on camera for short-form video creation.
- Strong proficiency in social media analytics and management tools.
Nice to have
- Experience in product marketing for SaaS.
- Experience working within international remote teams.
- Experience in video presentation or on-camera content creation.
- Knowledge of Spanish, German, French, or Portuguese.
