What you will do

• Own social media channels (primarily TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)
• Develop and execute content strategy, storytelling, monthly plans
• Write conversion-focused copy and CTAs
• Generate and test hypotheses on content formats and mechanics
• Brief and coordinate designers, copywriters, media buyers, video teams
• Conduct competitor research and SMM market analysis
• Track and interpret analytics (ER, CTR, Reach, Impressions, growth)
• Optimize content based on performance data
• Handle bans and crises with fast response processes

Requirements

• Upper-Intermediate+ English
• 2+ years in SMM / Social Media Management (performance-driven preferred)
• Hands-on with TikTok, Instagram, and/or Facebook
• Strong copywriting for conversions
• Experience with key metrics (CTR, ER, Reach, etc.)
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and workflows
• Analytical mindset and data-driven approach

Nice to have

• Experience in affiliate or performance marketing
• Work with paid traffic teams
• Understanding of funnels and user acquisition
