What you will do
- Design and execute a multi-channel growth strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook to maximize reach and engagement.
- Master platform algorithms to optimize organic reach by testing formats, hooks, and posting cadences.
- Deploy AI-powered automation for routine community interactions while maintaining the brand's tone of voice.
- Monitor social trends and cultural shifts to identify early participation opportunities for the brand.
- Translate social insights into clear creative briefs for Content Creators to ensure relevant and distinctive output.
- Manage social media dashboards and track advanced KPIs such as share of voice, virality, and assisted conversions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Social Media Strategy, Growth Marketing, or Brand Management, preferably in B2C startups.
- Native French and perfect English proficiency (C1+).
- Proven track record of growing social accounts or launching successful viral campaigns.
- Strong data literacy and experience with data visualization tools to report metrics to leadership.
- Ability to use AI tools to automate workflows and focus on strategic goals.
- Experience leading content calendars and coordinating between Creative, Growth, and Brand teams.

Hiring process
