What you will do

• Manage the full meeting lifecycle, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes in the Trial Master File.
• Maintain project timelines using MS Project and track monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and project health data.
• Oversee the study-specific training lifecycle, including collecting materials and ensuring team compliance.
• Manage user access to study systems, maintain SharePoint sites, and coordinate project-specific email boxes.
• Coordinate study supplies, vendor quotes, and the preparation and shipping of study binders.
• Support Project Managers in producing study plans, reports, and materials for change orders.

Requirements

• 4-year college degree in a business, scientific, or healthcare discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in project support or clinical research.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• English proficiency in both verbal and written communication.
• Must be based in Taiwan.
