What you will do

• Lead assigned projects ensuring on-time delivery, budget management, and status communication to teams.
• Provide input and guidance on clinical database design for clients and internal teams.
• Build, test, validate, and support clinical databases and related programs.
• Troubleshoot software and database issues, provide advanced technical support and system administration.
• Develop validation documents, support data management from CRF design to post-close, and participate in SOP development.
• Mentor juniors, train end-users and new hires, conduct demonstrations, and lead cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years experience in clinical database programming.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.
• Professional working proficiency in English (written and oral).
• Proficiency in OOP (C#, C++, VBS, etc.) and Microsoft Office suite.
• Understanding of CDISC standards (CDASH, SDTM, ADaM) and experience in CDMS systems (building forms, edit checks, rules).
• Experience in clinical/scientific/healthcare discipline; strong leadership and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Multiple therapeutic areas, preferably Oncology.
• Experience with various database programming systems.
