Location: Must be based in the US
Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 USD per year

What you will do
- Provide day-to-day technical support and manage escalated configuration changes for a diverse customer portfolio.
- Analyze and optimize clinical workflows using solutions to improve healthcare delivery.
- Partner with clients to drive product adoption and train them on self-administration best practices.
- Resolve service requests via Zendesk in collaboration with the Support Center for timely resolution.
- Prepare business review reports using custom reporting and analytics tools like Looker.
- Contribute to product feedback, process improvements, and best practice documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Must be based in the United States.
- 2+ years of experience supporting SaaS customers or troubleshooting technical workflows.
- Experience with healthcare or clinical workflows is strongly preferred.
- Ability to travel occasionally (less than 10%).
Nice to have
- 1+ years of experience specifically with implementation or support.
- Proficiency in reporting tools such as Looker.
