What you will do

• Supervise and audit the output of a global creative team, including writers, UX/UI designers, video editors, and QA experts.
• Direct creative workflows and continuously optimize processes for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
• Oversee project delivery, including resource utilization, timeline accuracy, and overall quality of deliverables.
• Manage the performance process, set goals, and conduct performance reviews for the studio team.
• Lead client kick-offs to define deliverables and timelines, while proactively mitigating project risks.
• Prepare operational reports and KPI tracking, and lead QBR standups for clients and senior management.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in creative operations management with a proven track record of success.
• Extensive experience working with digital and print assets, such as banners, emailers, social media, and video.
• In-depth knowledge of pharma industry standards and regulations.
• Strong expertise in project management and financial oversight (cost adherence and revenue projections).
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or equivalent real-world experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
