Salary: $135K – $175K

What you'll do

• Conduct operational and financial diagnostics including detailed financial and variance analysis to identify performance drivers
• Identify, quantify, and prioritize EBITDA and cash flow improvement opportunities
• Develop and execute bottom-up improvement plans with KPIs and milestones
• Drive day-to-day execution of cost optimization and performance initiatives with client teams
• Support cross-functional initiatives in COGS/SG&A optimization, manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, customer profitability, pricing, and working capital
• Translate insights into actionable strategies, manage workstreams, mentor juniors, and contribute to business development

Requirements

• 5+ years in value creation, financial/operational consulting, or performance improvement
• Experience with EBITDA/cash flow improvements and performance initiatives
• Strong operational finance skills: financial analysis, variance analysis, cost structures
• Experience with Private Equity sponsors and cross-functional operations (supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, commercial)
• Ability to work in high-intensity environments and communicate with senior stakeholders

Nice to have

• Quality of Earnings (QoE) analyses and operational plans
• Shop floor/plant experience with operations leadership
• Operator background (interim leadership or line management)
• Experience in industrials, manufacturing, distribution, or business services
• MBA or advanced degree
• Data analytics and AI tools for analysis and insights
