Associate - Corporate Finance - Turnaround & Restructuring

TL;DR

Associate (Corporate Finance): Providing strategic, operational, and financial advice to companies in transition or underperforming with an accent on turnaround and restructuring. Focus on three-statement financial modeling, 13-week cash flow analysis, and supporting Chapter 11 processes.

Location: Chicago, IL. Must have legal right to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Salary: $65,000 - $110,000 per year

What you will do

• Support day-to-day activities for Turnaround & Restructuring client service teams.
• Execute financial modeling, including 13-week cash flow and pro-forma scenario models.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, written analyses, and client presentations.
• Collaborate with internal experts and client contacts to achieve engagement objectives.
• Participate in practice development, including marketing and client pitches.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Expected graduation date between December 2025 and May 2026.
• 0-1 years of experience, including internships.
• Legal right to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Willingness to travel when needed.
