What you will do
- Lead end-to-end execution of complex quantitative and qualitative healthcare market research projects.
- Design, manage, and analyze large-scale surveys including NPS with methodological rigor.
- Partner with product, marketing, clinical, publishing, and sales teams for primary market research.
- Translate data and findings into actionable insights and recommendations via reports and presentations.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance with regulations and privacy standards.
- Manage multiple research initiatives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Requirements
- Strong grounding in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, ideally in healthcare; experience with regression, cluster, factor, conjoint analysis preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel, SPSS, SAS or similar for advanced data analysis and visualization tools.
- Experience with survey platforms like Qualtrics.
- Understanding of healthcare markets, customer segments (hospitals, academic settings) or adjacent markets like pharma, life sciences.
- Strategic thinking to connect insights to product, clinical, and commercial strategy.
- Strong data storytelling, presentation skills to senior leadership, project management, and stakeholder collaboration.
